Much of our current issues and dilemmas in the world are perceived and experienced because we have been conditioned to believe that Oneness means Sameness.
We are all unique expressions of Spirit.

A perception of Sameness, based on a right/wrong, good/bad and them/us notion, brings about intolerance, hatred, misunderstanding, cynicism, suspicion, judgment and victim/victimizer consciousness.

Necessity of these awareness, abilities and skills in the 21st Century
Backdrop
Many has lost their innocence and were robbed of their dignity because of insensitive stereotyping, misunderstandings, inhumane and reckless deeds, ideas, beliefs and projections of those who came before, and because of generational, cultural, religious, racial, and political differences. The descendants of the transgressors have to carry the blame, duty and burdens, and cannot co-create a present and future for all to thrive as they are energetically kept captured in the past and are held responsible. Humans lost their inherent innocence, self-trust, self-worth, self-autonomy, and self-pride during times of unrealized love, potential, power, wisdom and abundance. These wounds of separation, rejection, guilt, shame, denial, and repression cause the Soul of the World to ache.
To reinstate the pure goodness, greatness, genius and grandeur, we have to re-ignite the flame, inner beauty and possibilities hidden within. A bridge has to be built to cross the enormous chasm that has been caused by the past. One way is by going back to nature and to the WHO - the human being and their potential - so that we can all blossom and thrive, and together co-sense, co-shape and co-create a better world for all and our descendants.
Now
In the early 21st century we find ourselves in an interconnected world of WHAT and HOW, where thousands of books and millions of academic papers are written annually; where thousands of courses are available; where an infinite amount of information on the internet is accessible; and where we are daily flooded by numerous electronic messages and opportunities to engage in Social Networks and other Online Forums. Yet, we fail to find solutions to the multitude of social, economic and political issues that humanity are facing.
The overload of information and numerous requests for attention bring about the need for new skills to contextualize and discern what is needed and appropriate, what to keep, what to spend time on, what to enhance and develop, what to save for later, and what to let go off.
More importantly, humans need to activate new skills and abilities to perceive, assimilate, interpret, translate, internalize, conceptualize, integrate, apply, and innovate in rapid changing and evolving complex environments. We have advanced from here, near and far to beyond.
Learning and Innovation are no longer purely mental and externally induced, but conceptual, sensory and internally embodied, which in itself requires the need to enact different intelligences to understand and experience our own potential, the world around us and the field of possibilities, and to sense into and anticipate what we will need in the future. The ABOUT, thus the WHAT and HOW do not assist us to activate and apply these abilities.
Our ability to perceive, conceive, learn, conceptualize, internalize, integrate and apply is very different and unique for each human being. One shoe does not fit all.
There is a need to re-humanize learning and the workplace. We have taken the ‘human’ out of almost everything and treat children, students and adults as commodities that have an expiry date and whom need to perform, conform and fulfill others’ expectations and demands against the WHAT and HOW.
We give people opportunities for empowerment and learning but forget the most integral, important part - the human being. We do not consider destructive, limiting and sabotaging emotional patterns, suppressed emotions, thought forms, conditioning and belief systems that drive reactions, engagement, participation, communication and action styles, attitudes, and behaviors which are caused by the backdrop shared earlier.
Our educational systems and work environments are based on fear, doubt, lack, rejection, separation, competition, comparison and a winner/loser or clever/achiever/dumb/slow classification which strip people even more from their innocence and dignity. You have to fit into a box and proof yourself through external, standardized validations and evaluations. Your inherent genius and potential are ignored.
Two core, important and vital elements are missing in the workplace, and in learning-, training-, empowerment-and entrepreneurship initiatives - the WHO and the WHY – the essence and foundation of being human. This ignorance and indifference cause a disconnected, scattered and misunderstood humankind. The kind in humankind, as in compassion and understanding, is distorted and misaligned and misplaced.
Deep self-awareness has a direct influence on self-worth, self-autonomy, and self-trust. Awareness of the deep self, of the other, and of the environment at a level beyond the surface, is the foundation of trusting others and the process. Trusting the process as it evolves naturally, is a non-negotiable quality needed for learning, engagement and creative innovation.
Some examples of what we need to know about WHO and WHY before we explore WHAT and HOW, which are not naturally evident:
WHO Who is learning, perceiving, conceiving and contextualizing? Who is this person? What is the person's highest potential? What are the person's inherent talents and inborn abilities? What is the best way for the person to connect to the field of possibilities and to tap into the unlimited resources within and around? For example are all the intelligences available activated and applied; such as spiritual intelligences, mental intelligences, emotional intelligences, physical intelligences such as kinaesthetic, cell memory, motoric skills, etc., sensory intelligences,conceptual intelligences, spatial intelligence, and nature's intelligence?
Are the body-mind-heart- spirit connections activated and enacted?
Through what lenses/filters/conditioning does the person perceive, conceptualize, contextualize, conceive, relate, learn, engage and act? How does the person catalyze his/her highest potential best? How does this person perceive, digest, contextualize, internalize, integrate and apply learning and experiences best? What is the basis of the person’s decision making processes?
WHY What internal impulse and external influences and factors drive and motivate this person? What is most important to the person? What limiting beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, patterns and programming influence the way the person experience life, relate, engage, perceive and act? How does the person experience, see, feel, and think about self, other, the environment and the world?
A place to be nourished, expanded, and stimulated on all levels - Body-Mind-Spirit-Heart
The Rainbow Bridge Conservatories create the space for children, students and adults to dip deeper into who they truly are and tap into their divine potential so they can once again experience sublime goodness, greatness, genius and grandeur - igniting, claiming and owning the innocence and dignity lost.
